LAHORE:

Gulberg police claimed to have arrested six suspects reportedly involved in storming an office and physically assaulting people. Police officials said that the arrested suspects had been identified as Asim Farooq, Abdullah Atta Muhammad, Abdul Rehman and Usman. After the incident, Haji Munir Ahmad Chauhdry had registered a complaint before police that he ran a travel agency in Century Tower, Kalma Chowk. On September 3, around 20 people allegedly bribed by Sohail Ayesha Sohail and Rustam Khan attacked their office. The suspects broke the window panes and stole valuables. They also physically assaulted people, leaving Abu Bakar, Gulfam Shafiq, Osama and a woman injured. The crime was also filmed on CCTV footage. Police registered a case, arrested six suspects and were investigating the matter further.
