‘Murder suspect’ arrested after video goes viral on social media
Police official says one of suspects has been arrested while his accomplice, who had shot deceased, would be held soon

KARACHI:
A suspect allegedly involved in the murder of a man recently shot dead in Korangi was arrested on Friday.
CCTV footage of the incident, surfacing on social media, showed two motorcyclists shooting a man.
According to Zaman Town SHO Farooq Sanjrani, one of the suspects has been arrested while his accomplice, who had shot the deceased, would also be arrested soon.
He added that the arrested man claimed he was only accompanying the other suspect and did not know of his intention to kill the deceased.
The police suspected the incident to be an outcome of personal enmity, SHO Sanjrani said, adding that the police are investigating the incident.
