Two killed in accidents in Lahore

Two persons were killed while another was injured in separate accidents in the provincial capital on Wednesday. Police officials said that two persons were killed while crossing the Ferozepur road near Naqeebabad. They added that 59-year-old Zafar and 45-year-old Arshad, residents of Naqeebabad, were crossing the Ferozepur Road when a speeding tractor-trolley hit and ran over them. Both victims sustained serious injuries and breathed their last on the way to DHQ hospital, Rescue 1122 officials stated. Saddar police started investigation into the matter.
