Man allegedly dies of suicide

A 36-year-old man died of suicide in Mohlanwal on Saturday reportedly after being frustrated due to leaving by his wife.

The victim has been identified as Saed. The victim had been living in Punjab Society with his family. His wife left for his in-laws after a dispute with him. He called her to reconcile but she did not listen to him. The victim reportedly became so frustrated that he hanged himself with a ceiling fan to claim his life.

A police team shifted the body to a city morgue after collecting the forensic evidence and recording statements of the eye-witnesses. Police were investigating the matter further.
