Fire breaks out in marriage hall

Valuables worth thousands of rupees were gutted when a fire broke out in a marriage hall near Dhobi Ghat Dogranwala on Sunday. It started as a minor fire reportedly due to short-circuit. In a short period, it turned into a big fire. Nearby people tried to control it. On failure, they called rescue teams. Firefighters reached the spot on information and extinguished the fire. No loss of life or injury was reported in the incident.
