PESHAWAR:
The Peshawar Development Authority (PDA) has opened the e-bidding process for tenders for the Hayatabad Bypass Road, claiming that it will help ensure transparency in awarding contracts for the critical development project.
The new bidding system was inaugurated with the Hayatabad Bypass Road Phase-2 project which is estimated to cost around a billion rupees while Rs500 has been allocated for structural compensation.
