A man opened shot dead the owner of his shop after a dispute over vacating the place.
Police took the body into custody and handed it over to heirs after postmortem.
The details revealed that Abdul Sattar Mohsin, a resident of Chak No 441 GB area of Saddar Samundari, had rented out his shop to Mohammad Waqas, Mohammad Khan and Mohammad Sadiq.
A dispute occurred between Mohsin and the accused tenant for evacuation, on the basis of this argument, the accused shot and killed Mohsin when he was returning home after closing his shop.
Saddar Samundari Police took possession of the body of the deceased and handed it over to his heirs after postmortem.
A case was registered against the three accused on the statement of Shamim Kausar, wife of the deceased and police started searching for them.
