Fleecing: Shopkeepers fined

TAXILA: The local administration has launched a drive against profiteers to control prices of the items of daily use during Ramazan. Shopkeepers in Wah Cantt and Taxila have been fined for Rs21,000 for violating the official rate lists. Local administration has directed shopkeepers to display the rate lists of food items at their respective shops. Meanwhile, District Coordination Officer Saqib Zafar has directed the local administration to ensure availability of food items at controlled rates in the city.
