Cambridge announces results of students under grade prediction system
In a first, the Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) has announced results of hundreds of thousands of students who participated in the examinations from across the world as well from Pakistan under grade prediction method.
The Cambridge International in March cancelled all examinations and decided to grade students based on skills and knowledge gained in their respective courses amid the Covid-19 outbreak.
As many as 550 schools in Pakistan received results of students who registered for international courses including O/A level programmes.
A total of 95,0000 students from 139 countries opted to take part in the exams under grade prediction method for the Cambridge May/June session.
The Chief Executive of Cambridge International Christine Özden said in a statement on Monday that extraordinary measures were taken to enable the students to continue their education while ensuring their safety amid the coronavirus pandemic.
The Cambridge has issued grades to the students worldwide assessing results submitted by their respective schools.
