MIRPUR MATHELO:

A cracker attack at a shop in Mirpur Mathelo left four people injured on Saturday.

A gang of armed men reportedly arrived outside the town committee office and hurled a cracker at a vegetable shop.

As a result, Yousuf, Zahid, Sher Mohammad and Ghulam Hussain were injured. A large contingent of police officials rushed to the scene and cordoned off the area.

A Sindhi separatist group, the Sindhudesh Revolutionary Army, claimed responsibility for the attack. The same group had earlier also claimed responsibility for a number of recent grenade attacks.
