Man ‘guns down wife over honour’

A man allegedly shot his wife dead and injured another man, whom he suspected of having extramarital relations with his wife, on the pretext of honour in Kashmore-Kandhkot on Saturday.

According to police, Naseebullah Dashti fled after killing his wife, Khatoon Dashti, and shooting another man, Shaukat Dashti. Shaukat was shifted to a hospital in Rahim Yar Khan.

No FIR of the incident had been registered till the filing of this report.
