PES inducts 402 new recruits
part of measures to expand the Punjab Emergency Service (PES) Rescue 1122 at the tehsil level, as many as 402 new rescuers have been hired by the organisation. “They have been engaged after they passed the selection process involving written, aptitude, psychological, and physical tests conducted by a third party, National Testing Service (NTS),” a spokesperson revealed. He stated that the final interviews were conducted by the members of four different independent departments. A ceremony to welcome them was held at the Rescue Headquarters. Punjab DG Rescue Rizwan Naseer along with other senior rescue officers welcomed the new recruits. The director general briefed them about the history, achievements, responsibilities and mission statement of the Rescue 1122 service.
