Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Friday directed the party lawmakers from Sindh districts to spare no effort in resolving people’s issues.

The opposition in Sindh has been critical of the ruling PPP government. They had been criticising the provincial government for its alleged negligence in chalking out long-lasting solutions to the issues.

Similar voices have also been raised from the ruling Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf ministers in the recent past over problems pertaining to funds and governance.

However, the incumbent provincial government had maintained the stance that they are making efforts to resolve issues and accused the opposition of playing politics on problems.

During a meeting with MNA Pir Syed Fazal Shah Jeelani, the PPP chairman discussed issues pertaining to Khairpur. He directed him that no negligence should be observed in the service of the people of the district.

Bilawal also met lawmaker Abid Bhayo and inquired about the problems of Shikarpur people and their solutions. The PPP chairman said all possible efforts should be made for resolving the masses' issues.

While meeting MNA Ayaz Shah Sherazi, Bilawal reviewed the steps taken to provide relief to the people of Sujawal. He was of the view that people-friendly solutions should be employed in the district.

Furthermore, he discussed the issues of Ghotki with Khalid Ahmed Lund.

Meanwhile, the PPP chairman accused the PTI government of using the National Accountability Bureau for political victimisation by arresting opposition leaders.

In a tweet, he shared the Human Rights Watch’s report. “Human rights watch calls out NAB political victimisation of political parties & media. Mentions Saad Rafique, myself & my father. We love to quote hrw on Kashmir but ignore them on Pakistan,” he wrote.
