Fire destroys grocery store

Valuables worth hundreds of thousands of rupees were gutted in a fire in a grocery store in Badami Bagh area on Monday. Nearby people tried to extinguish the blaze and upon failing to do so called the rescue service for help. Firefighters reached the spot on information and extinguished fire. No loss of life or injury was reported in the incident.
