Man dies from electrocution

A man died due to electrocution in Korangi on Tuesday.

According to Awami Colony Police Station SHO Humayon Khan, the deceased, identified as Shahid, 40, was fixing a water pumping motor at a house in Korangi when he received severe electric shocks. He was rushed to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre where he died during treatment.

The body was handed over to the heirs after the completion of medico-legal formalities.
