Man mugged by gunmen

The victim has registered a complaint before Iqbal Town police regarding the incident

LAHORE:

A man was deprived of at least Rs2 million on Monday when three unidentified armed men intercepted and looted him on Wahdat Road. The victim identified as Abid Ali works as a director in a pharmaceutical company. On the day of the incident, he had visited a private bank with another employee to withdraw a cheque of Rs2 million. As the duo set out on a journey with the retrieved money, three robbers stopped them on Wahdat Road. They looted the money on gunpoint and fled the scene. The victim has registered a complaint before Iqbal Town police regarding the incident.
