Four labourers injured in explosion

At least four labourers were critically wounded in a land-mine explosion on Sunday in Balochistan’s Dera Bugti district.

According to Levies sources, the incident occurred in Sub-Tehsil Pir-Ko, where laborers were loading sand from Patar-Nala when their tractor trolley was hit by a land-mine planted by unknown terrorists.

The labourers including a driver sustained serious wounds. Officals of law enforcement agencies along-with rescuers rushed the site and shifted the injured persons to civil hospital Dera Bugti. As per sources, the injured were identified as Muhammad Din, Mazar Khan, Kamal and Lashkar while the condition of one of the injured was stated to be critical.

Levies sources further said, the injured laborers were residents of Pir-Ko. A a case has been lodged against unknown persons and a search operation within area has been launched but no arrest has been reported by Levies in this regard.
