LAHORE:

Due to grave impacts of Covid-19 on the country’s textile export sector, there is a need for stakeholders to adopt the changing circumstances said Pakistan Readymade Garments Manufacturers and Exporters Association (PRGMEA) Regional Chairman Sohail Sheikh. In a statement on Monday, he expressed the view that digitisation has become the need of the hour and it was inevitable to use digital tools to explore world market. PRGMEA Chief Coordinator Ijaz Khokhar stated that keeping in view the hardships of the business community in the post-pandemic situation, the International Apparel Federation has taken the initiative to hold the Global Apparel Expo digitally to minimise the problems confronted by the business community.
