TikTok star to play Sushant Singh Rajput in biopic

Sushant Singh Rajput's sucide may have not only started a heated debate around the dark side of Bollywood but also sparked an interest in a potential biopic. According to India Today, a film around the actor's life is said to be in the works. 

Titled, Murder or Suicide, the film is reportedly being directed by Shamik Maulik and produced by Vijay Shekhar Gupta. Also it will star Sushant's look alike and TikTok influencer, Sachin Tiwari in the lead role. 

"The first look poster of the film has been unveiled by upcoming OTT platform, VSG Binge. The caption of the poster is, “A boy from small town became a Shining Star in the film industry. This is his journey. Introducing Sachin Tiwari as 'The Outsider'."

Sachin Tiwari also shared the film’s first look poster on his Instagram account.

Sachin Tiwari's videos on TikTok have gone viral since the untimely passing of Sushant. His ressemblance have witht he late actor has resulted him gaining immense popularity on the social media app in recent months.
