TPL Maps joins hands with govt in fight against Covid-19

Pakistan’s leading IoT company, TPL Trakker has partnered with NITB (National Information Technology Board) and NCOC (National Command and Operation Center) to locate Covid-19 hotspots in the country.
The team at TPL Trakker applied their expertise in location solutions and data analysis to create multiple tools to bring automation and smart tracking to Covid-19 response mechanisms.
TPL Maps, the mapping arm of TPL Trakker, offers service of mapping, analysing and reporting cases across major cities. The interactive map marking hotspots of the rampant spread of the disease, will help Provincial governments in imposing geo-based smart lockdowns, making them efficient and effective.

Asad Umar, the minister supervising measures to control the virus, said that restrictions based on geo-locations have effectively lowered the pandemic’s spread, reports Bloomberg.

TPL also offers vehicle tracking solutions, MyTrakker, is a customised dashboard that enables users to monitor vehicles, generate update reports, get alerts via SMS/call, and get real-time notifications of their vehicles.
Further, the company also just launched Pakistan’s first Driver Behavior App, that provides insights such as Driver Behavior Scorecard and Trip Analytics reports.
