Police net 14 suspects

ISLAMABAD:

The Islamabad police have arrested 14 suspects during the last 24 hours in its crackdown against drug pushers as well as criminal elements and recovered narcotics, and weapons from them, a police spokesman.

Aabpar police arrested Zafar Ali Khan for allegedly possessing 140 grammes of hashish. Kohsar police arrested Waqar Ahmed and recovered 120 grammes of hashish from him.

Industrial Area police arrested Ahmed Ali for allegedly carrying a 30 bore pistol. Shams colony police arrested Sohail Awais and Bilal Sadiq with 120 grammes of hashish.
