‘Woman shot dead by step-brother’

A man reportedly shot dead his step sister on Wednesday. Police took the body into custody and started search for the suspect. Kausar Bibi, a resident of 601GB area of Bahlak, married Noor Mohammad four months ago and had come to her parents’ home. Her step-brother Adeel allegedly had suspicions over her character. In the morning, Adeel opened fire on her after an exchange of harsh words and killed her. The accused managed to escape after the incident.
