Wife, daughter arrested for allegedly killing man

A man found dead from a wastewater drain was allegedly killed by his wife, daughter and her boyfriend, police claimed on Tuesday.

Wah Cant police had found the body of Sheikh Ayub dumped in a drain with no clear evidence to trace the suspects, a police spokesman said.

Police picked up victim’s wife Jameela for questioning and later his daughter Aneeta Kausar. However, their statements made police suspicious and they also roped in Kausar’s boyfriend.

So far police have established that the three suspects killed Ayub and then dumped his body with proper planning.
