Citizens irked by power outages in Peshawar

Certain localities also facing an acute water shortage

PESHAWAR:

The provincial capital is suffering from unannounced power cuts for the past several weeks with the temperature rising to above 40 degrees Celsius.

Citizens of Peshawar continued to suffer as the power outages were reported from many areas. People claim of hours-long outages, with the duration extending beyond scheduled load-shedding hours.

The localities worst hit by power breakdown include Kohat Road, Kohati gate, Circular Road, Dalazak Road, Hashtnagari, Karimpura, Chowk-e-Yadgar. Certain localities are also facing an acute water shortage. People claim of hours-long outages, with the duration extending beyond scheduled load shedding hours.
