Woman, infant die in accident

A 32-year-old woman died along with an infant in a road accident in Raiwind on Thursday. The victims were among five members of the family travelling on a rickshaw that was hit by a speeding truck on Raiwind Road. As a result, the victims died on the spot, while three others were injured. They were shifted to a nearby hospital. The family members of the victims also staged a protest demonstration after the incident.
