Man ‘commits suicide’

A man sustained severe injuries after he allegedly shot himself in the head in Saeedabad on Thursday, later succumbing to his wounds. He was taken to Dr Ruth Pfau Civil Hospital for treatment, where he passed away. The police stated he had reportedly killed himself for personal reasons but further investigation was under way. The body was handed over to the family after the completion of medico-legal formalities.
