Ajay Devgan to make film about Galwan Valley incident

Here we go again

Bollywood actor-producer Ajay Devgn is all set to announce a new film based on the recent attack on Indian soldiers by Chinese troops in Ladakh's Galwan Valley, reported Times of India. According to the film's description, as quoted by the publication, “It will narrate the story of the sacrifice of 20 Indian army men who fought the Chinese army."

Right now, it is not known whether Devgn will act in the film or not. However, it will be co-produced by his banner Ajay Devgan films.

Tensions between India and China escalated in Galwan back in June. Over 20 Indian soldiers lost their lives amid a clash between the two militaries. Indian and Chinese commanders agreed on Monday to step back from a weeks-old standoff at several locations along their disputed border.

On the work front, Devgn was last seen in the hit film Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior , which also starred Kajol and Saif Ali Khan. Directed by Om Raut, the film was highly appreciated by the audience and critics alike. He will soon be seen in a war drama which also features Sanjay Dutt, Sonakshi Sinha, Nora Fatehi, Ammy Virk and Sharad Kelkar. The film is slated to release online.
