Abducted man found dead

A 40-year-old man who was reportedly abducted a few days ago was found dead near Ravi Road on Friday. Police officials said the victim identified as Wali Khan had reportedly been abducted on Wednesday. Passers-by spotted the body and informed the area police. A police team reached the spot and shifted the body to a morgue for autopsy. The police also collected forensic evidence from the scene and recorded statements of witnesses. Further investigation into the matter was underway.
