Two killed in firing

Two persons were killed in separate incidents of firing in Saddar and Bhalwal police limits on Wednesday. Police officials said 55-year-old Zaheer Ahmed, resident of Chak No 88NB, had an old enmity with Latif Hussain over property. Both of them exchanged harsh words over the matter, aftre which Latif along with an accomplice shot dead Zaheer and fled from the scene. In another incident, Safdar Ali, resident of Bhera, allegedly killed 27-year-old Muhammad Ameer by firing over a monetary dispute.
