Bilal Maqsood recalls meeting Bipasha Basu
Maqsood shared memory with the 'Raaz' star while performing at John Abraham's clothing brand launch in India
There has been an array of Pakistani artistes who have worked in Bollywood. Let it be superstars such as Mahira Khan and Fawad Khan or singers such as Rahat Fateh Ali Khan or Atif Aslam, a number of celebrities have been praised across the border for their craft.
However, another prominent group to have produced and sung few Bollywood hits were Strings! Bilal Maqsood and Faisal Kapadia's one of the most famous tracks was Ye Hai Meri Kahani from John Abraham and Sanjay Dutt-starrer, Zinda.

The song went on to become a hit and Strings then went on to compose Akhri Alvida from Shootout at Lokhandwala.
Recently, Bilal took to Instagram and recalled a memory he shared with John's then-girlfriend and Indian actor Bipasha Basu.
"Bipasha Basu was a good sport!" the Mera Bichra Yaar singer wrote. "Came on stage while we were singing Sarkiye ye Pahar during a show for the launch of John Abraham's clothing line."

Strings even composed the Khan theme of My Name Is Khan, while their song Naa Jaane Kyun from the album Dhaani was included in the soundtrack of the Hindi version of Spiderman 2 in 2004.
