How about the sitting PCO judges including the SC CJ himself, who has taken oath under Mush insead of 1973 constitution? They all took oath under PCO and endorsed Mush's takeover. Why isolate and target only the judges who kept working after Mush sackd CJ?

In fact each time the army took over, the SC never failed to verify and justify their coup. Never in the history of Pakistan did the court not like military takeover even once!
