University’s helpline and the call centre has been activated
ISLAMABAD:
The Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) has launched a ‘one-window operation’ at its main campus for facilitating students in the wake of the current novel coronavirus (Covid-19) crisis.
Students have been advised to strictly follow the prescribed standard operating procedures (SOPs) while visiting the university’s main campus or its regional offices, including wearing masks and maintaining social distance.
AIOU Directorate of Students’ Advisory and Counseling Services said that students’ issues will be attended on priority under 'one-roof', near the university's main entrance.
Moreover, the university’s helpline and the call centre has been activated to provide effective support to students in addressing their matters, either relating to admissions, examination, workshops, mailing books or issuance of certificates and degrees.
