‘Balochistan integral for prosperity of Pakistan’
Sarwar discusses govt issues, including development, with delegation
LAHORE:
Balochistan is integral for the strength and prosperity of Pakistan, said Punjab Governor Chaudhry Mohammad Sarwar on Sunday.
He was talking to a delegation of Balochistan, led by Senate Chairman Sadiq Sanjrani, which called on him and discussed government and political issues, including the development and prosperity of Balochistan.
In the meeting held at Governor House, Senators Sarfraz Bugti, Shahzeb Durrani, Ahmad Zeb Durrani, Ahmad Khan, Manzoor Kakar, Anwarul Haq Kakar, Naseebullah, Ashok Kumar and Principal Secretary to Chairman Senate Hammad Khan Marry were also present.
On the occasion, Sarwar said that Prime Minister Imran Khan believes in the strength of the federation of Pakistan.

“Development is necessary and the federal government is mobilising all resources for this and we will support our allies in all four provinces, including Balochistan,” said the Punjab governor.
He maintained that the political and religious parties in all provinces should unite against coronavirus so that everyone can save Pakistan from this dangerous epidemic.
“Punjab also stands with its Baloch brothers in every difficult time,” the governor assured the delegation.
For clean drinking water, he continued, the Sarwar Foundation is installing filtration plants in Balochistan in collaboration with Al-Khair Foundation.
