Around 20,000 residential and commercial plots of different sizes were allotted in phase I
KARACHI:
The Defence Housing Authority’s DHA City plans will be ready by the end of September, said project director Brig. (retired) Rafique, according to a press release on Wednesday. This will be followed by balloting for plot numbering. Around 20,000 residential and commercial plots of different sizes were allotted in phase I, to prospective buyers in November 2009, but they were not given plot numbers. Construction is expected to start soon. The entrance gate design, boundary wall, DCK’s staff accommodation, U-turn plan on Super Highway and geo-tech investigation for underground water exploration in the area have also been finalised.
