Policeman killed in Quetta, blast on rail tracks
A bid to blow up Chiltan Express failed as the bomb blast damaged railway track near Quetta early on Saturday.

Unidentified armed men killed a police inspector in Quetta on Saturday.
Police said investigation officer, Inspector Abdul Wahab was on his way to Saryab Police Station when unidentifed men opened fire on him near the Saryab Mill area.
Inspector Wahab succumbed to injuries as he was being moved to a hospital.
Sources claimed the incident was one of target killing. Police registered a case against unidentified people and started investigations into the incident.
Earlier, a bid to blow up Chiltan Express failed as the bomb blast blew up railway tracks near Quetta early on Saturday.
According to Railway sources, Chiltan Express left at 9:15 AM for Faisalabad from Quetta.A bomb planted on railway track detonated as the train reached Darkhashan area of Quetta.
The train narrowly escaped the incident and there were no reports of casualties.
Police and bomb disposal squad were called and security forces cordoned off the area after the blast.
