When Hamza Ali Abbasi tied the knot with Naimal Khawar seemingly out of nowhere in August, 2019, the couple quickly became the hottest in town. Not to mention, they also became the trendiest couple in Pakistan – almost every wedding that followed theirs featured a nikkah bride rocking Naimal’s look at her own nikkah.

Now, two years to their union, the two continue to be a fan favourite in the country, with their pictures garnering thousands of hits on them. It seems as though the couple knows what their fans like and deliver just that – countless couple goals!

1) The big day!



Of course, the day they tied the knot and made it official has to be on the list. Easily one of the most anticipated weddings in recent memory - given that the wedding card was leaked even though the actual wedding was kept under wraps - their wedding was one for the times. From the adorable video of Hamza seeing Naimal for the first time after signing the paper, to Naimal’s gorgeous jora and makeup. We still can’t fully get over it!

2) Major throwback



Naimal’s throwback moment from when they were ‘platonic’ friends. This one made us aww ourselves into a fluffy, warm place thinking of how we may have our knight in shining armour around the corner and we just don’t know it yet. “Little did I know I was standing next to my future husband and the love of my life,” Naimal wrote.

3) Another sweet throwback



Another throwback! This time, Hamza’s and even more heart-warming. The Alif actor shared a photo from back when the two were friends and Naimal made and gifted him a calligraphy. “We took this picture almost 2 years ago when I asked my artist friend for a painting and she made me this beautiful calligraphy. I had absolutely no idea that this friend of mine will become my wife and Allah's most precious gift for me,” he wrote.

4) Honeymoon bliss!



When the two headed for their honeymoon and took tons of gorgeous pictures – they make a gorgeous couple after all! The couple shared countless beautiful moments together as they traversed across the North of Pakistan to Europe, and people could not help but respond with hashtag #CoupleGoals.

5) Made for each other



The two also attended Naimal’s sister’s wedding and needless to say, looked every bit as gorgeous and royal as they did on their own wedding. With Naimal in a salmon pink ensemble and Hamza in a traditional white kurta and unable to take his eyes off of his wife, the two made for a lovely couple, glowing their way through the event.
