Watch: Mahira Khan shares Amjad Sabri's childhood video
Showing his recitation of 'Lab Pe Aati Hai Dua,' the actor reminded her followers of the irreplaceable loss
Popular actor Mahira Khan has shared a throwback video of late qawwal Amjad Sabri on her Instagram and people can't help but miss the legend.
The video shows Sabri's childhood as he recites Allama Iqbal's Lab pe aati hai dua in public.
The heartwarming recitation and soothing voice reminds one of the great loss Pakistan's entertainment industry suffered on June 22, 2015, when the popular figure was shot dead in a target killing case in Karachi.
In her caption Khan wrote, "This video makes me sad but it also makes me smile. Amjad Sabri was taken away from us too soon.
Here he is, a little boy, reciting Allama Iqbal’s Lab pe aati hai dua. Mukamal dua hai yeh, (This is a complete prayer)."
