PM Imran Khan to chair National Coordination Committee meeting today

As Peshawar gears up to participate in a meeting of the National Coordination Committee, scheduled to be held today (Monday), the provincial government has decided to prepare a list of demands.
Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (K-P) Chief Minister Mahmood Khan is expected to chair a meeting in this regard in which the list of demands would be prepared.
Adviser to K-P CM on Information Ajmal Wazir told The Express Tribune that the provincial government will demand a more stringent implementation of the preventive guidelines for curbing the spread of the novel coronavirus (Covid-19).
They will also discuss the arrival of Pakistanis from abroad since 700 people who have landed at the Bacha Khan International Airport (BKIA) in Peshawar have tested positive for Covid-19.
The national coordination committee meeting will be held with PM Imran Khan in the chair and will make critical decisions on containing the pandemic.
