The bodies of two people, including a newborn baby, were found in the city on Friday. Police officials said that police teams took the bodies into custody and shifted them to hospitals. Police also started searching for their respective heirs.
According to details, the body of a 26-year-old unidentified youth was found from Rajaba in Chak No 61GB area of Sandal Bar police station. Police took the body into custody and shifted it to a hospital for postmortem and began searching for his heirs.
Meanwhile, locals informed the police about the body of a seven-month-old baby inside a shopper bag in Mohalla Islampura, area of Tandlianwala City police station. The victim was later buried in the presence of police. Police began searching for the accused who dumped the unidentified body.
