Sarfraz Shah Murder Case: Court adjourns till today

The adjournment came up because lawyers have been on strike

KARACHI:
An Anti-Terrorism Court headed by Judge Bashir Ahmed Khoso adjourned on Tuesday the hearing of the Sarfaraz Shah murder case till Wednesday. The adjournment came up because lawyers have been on strike, said Special Public Prosecutor Mohammad Khan Buriro. On Tuesday, the court was scheduled to record the statements of the six rangers personnel and a civilian allegedly for killing 22-year-old Sarfaraz Shah at the Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Park in Clifton on June 8. The court has already recorded the statements of 20 prosecution witnesses in the case.
