BHC approves deployment, transfers of judicial officers
Judges have been assigned additional responsibilities
QUETTA:
In a major reshuffle, Balochistan High Court (BHC) Chief Justice Jamal Mandokhail has approved deployment and transfers of a number of judicial officers.
According to a statement issued by the high court, Iram Niazi, Bashir Ahmed Badini and Tariq Anwar Kasi have been respectively posted as district and sessions judges in Dera Allahyar, Oosta Muhammad and Sariab.
Zafarullah Baazi has been appointed as district and sessions judge Qila Saifullah, Rahim Dad Khilji as district sessions judge Musa Khel, Shazia Bashir as additional district sessions judge Muslim Bagh, Ali Mubeen as additional district sessions judge Sariab I, and Aminullah Kasi as additional district sessions judge Sariab II.
Mohammad Anwar Shahi has been appointed as additional district sessions judge Pishin, Jaffar Khan Mengal as additional district sessions judge Quetta-X, Riaz Ahmed as additional district sessions judge Hub-I, Saeed Mohammad Haroon as additional district sessions judge Quetta IV and Bibi Gul Nargis as additional district sessions judge Turbat.
The BHC has also announced members of various Majalis. Maulvi Abdul Samad will be a member of Majlis-e-Shura Turbat, Sikandar Ali will be a member of Majlis-e-Shura Kharan, Ali Hassan will be a member of Majlis-e-Shura Panjgur II, Syed Sultan will be a member of Majlis-e-Shura in Mastung.
Pazir District Sessions Judge Ahmed Baloch has been appointed as special judge anti-corruption Quetta.Presiding officers of the First Labour Court have been given the additional charge of Anti-Corruption Court as special judge, special judge ATC II Quetta has been assigned charge of ATC-I as special judge, Presiding Officer Second Court Sibi will also serve as Sibi’s district and sessions judge and Osta Mohammad’s Addition District and Sessions Judge will also serve as Osta Mohammad’s district and sessions judge.
