FGEI schools starts teacher transfer process

The Federal Government Educational Institutions (Cantonment / Garrison) Directorate in Rawalpindi has started issuing transfer and posting orders for teaching and non-teaching staff.
In a statement issued on Sunday, the orders are being issued on a limited scale for the second half of the year.
The directorate explained the purpose of transfers and posting was to improve the quality of education and to address the compassionate problems of employees.
It said that efforts have been made to provide subject specialists at the school level and per the educational needs of individual schools. Institutions in remote areas of the country have been given preference for provision of requisite teaching staff.
