A local councillor in Dadu district allegedly committed suicide by setting himself on fire late on Saturday night. The police found his body from a graveyard near Dadu town on Sunday. According to the police, he had left home with friends on Saturday night but did not return. A search for him began in the morning. The police claimed that he went to the graveyard alone and poured petrol on his body before lighting the fire. The cause of the suicide is still unknown.
