CDA to review performance of its depts
During the current fiscal year total 1,314 cases regarding approval of building plans were approved

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) admiration has decided to take performance review of all formations with regard to service delivery and funds generation before closure of current financial year, a statement issued by the authority said on Friday.
Accordingly Building Control Directorate-II of CDA has generated Rs320.30 million during current fiscal year till date. Building Control Directorate -II of Capital Development Authority deals with private housing societies.
The said amount therefore has been generated by approvals of building plans and completion certificates related to private housing societies. After extension of building bye laws, private housing societies are now bound to get approvals of building plans and completion certificates from CDA.
