Sajal Aly draws a sketch of husband Ahad Raza Mir

Zara Noor Abbas, however, believes that the drawing is of someone else

Actor Sajal Aly, like many of us, is using her time in quarantine to brush up on her creativity. She recently posted a picture of her newest art project: a sketch of her husband Ahad Raza Mir.

"Trying out other art forms and trust me it’s not easy to capture this man’s beauty," Aly wrote in the caption alongside the picture.

While everyone praised her drawing chops, some - including fellow actors Zara Noor Abbas and Yasir Hussain - pointed out the lack of resemblance between the sketch and the real-life Mir. "This is someone else," said Abbas in the comments.
To this, Hussain jokingly commented about how life after marriage changes a man. "Zara Noor Abbas, nahin Ahad hi hai. Shaadi k baad itna change toh aata hi hai (No, this Ahad. After marriage, a person does undergo at least a little bit of change," he replied to Abbas.

Overall, fans of the couple lauded Aly's artwork. "It’s beautiful, Ma Sha Allah, you’re so talented in every way," one user commented. "You can’t capture his beauty but you caught his heart. God bless you both in abundance," another wrote.

One fan thanked Aly for making her time in quarantine enjoyable. "You have made my quarantine so interesting. All your shows are so wonderful and even Ahad's acting is worth watching," they wrote.

Earlier in March, after months of speculation, Aly and Mir finally tied the knot in an intimate nikkah ceremony that took place in Abu Dhabi. At the time, Abbas had taken to social media where she penned a heartfelt note for Aly on her big day.

“A decade. Almost a decade to us. To you. We saw too much together. Shared too much. Lives. Deaths. Happiness. Disparity. Been there through thick and thin. And here you are. Off to unfold a new chapter of your life,” the Parey Hut Love star had written.
