QUETTA:
A two-member bench of the Balochistan High Court (BHC) headed by BHC Chief Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhail and comprising Justice Nazeer Ahmed Langove ordered private schools to issue a 50% fee slip to parents, accepting the provincial government’s notification of a 20% fee exemption.
During the hearing on Tuesday, the BHC ordered all private schools not to expel any children from schools and e-learning until the lockdown is in place. The lawyers defending private schools submitted a Counter-affidavit in the court whereas the advocate general informed the court that the provincial government, in a notification, precluded all private schools of a 20% discount in fees due to the coronavirus spread.
