Three dead, over 20 injured in separate road accidents

KARACHI: Three people died on the spot while two were injured when a speeding tanker overturned and crashed on the roof of a car in the Meetha Dar area of Karachi, Express News reported on Wednesday.

In Sohrab Goth, a bus fell off the bridge on the highway and 20 people were injured as a result.

Both accidents occurred due to speeding.

The bus fell skidded off the bridge as the driver attempted to avoid running over a dog present on the highway. The injured passengers are members of one family who were en route to Karachi after attending a family gathering in Hyderabad.
