ISLAMABAD:

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has set a one-year deadline for the completion of its newly launched housing scheme, Park Enclave, in the lush green Zone-4 of the capital city.

CDA Chairmperson Imtiaz Inayat Elahi said that development work on the “dream housing scheme” has begun and balloting of its plots will be carried out in a systematic and transparent manner before July 30.

Plots can be booked with a down payment of Rs1.2 million and the remaining can be paid in 16 instalments, said Elahi, adding that those successfully allotted will be given possession of their plots within a period of one year. Elahi said the housing scheme is the “first of its kind in Pakistan” where 60% of the area is allocated for environment-friendly facilities.

Construction of two 150-feet wide boulevards for the housing scheme has begun, one will serve as the main entrance of the scheme from Park Road and the other from Kuri Raod, around 200 meters away from Chak Shahzad agro farms.
