QUETTA:
At least three people were killed and a woman sustained gunshot wounds after unknown armed assailants attacked their house late Monday night in Balochistan`s Panjgur district. A man was also abducted from the site of incident by the gunmen.

According to sources, the incident took place in Jamadar Ahmed Hetak Colony of Goargo tehsil area of Panjgur, where reportedly a dozen of assailants riding on five motorcycles stormed into the house of Khalil Ahmed and opened indiscriminate fire.

According to details, the deceased were identified as Rahamdil aka Khalil Ahmed, Muhammad Saddiq and Naseem who died on the spot, while the wife of Ahmed, who could not be identified, suffered serious injuries.


A man, identified as Yasir, was also abducted by the attackers.

After receiving information about the incident, Levies personnel along with rescue workers rushed to the scene and shifted the deceased and injured to district headquarter hospital Panjgur, where the condition of injured was declared as critical.

The local administration is investigating into the incident.
