QUETTA:
A Balochistan Assembly committee has urged the government to get Balochistan government’s flats in Islamabad's G-8 area vacated from “irrelevant people” as soon as possible. The panel also suggested hiring people from Balochistan in the Balochistan Houses of Islamabad and Karachi.
These recommendations were made by the standing committee on the Services and General Administration Department (S&GAD) which met in the committee room of the Balochistan Assembly. MPA Asadullah Baloch chaired the meeting due to absence of the chairman.
During the meeting, various matters related to the S&GAD department were discussed. The committee recommended hiring grade-1 to grade-15 employees in the S&GAD on its own, without using testing services.
